We had a great stay at the hotel. the location was perfect, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. the on, site pub and restaurants were very convenient, and we enjoyed the daily specials at the restaurant on the ground floor. Despite being close to Kingsway, the room was surprisingly quiet and provided a peaceful atmosphere. We also appreciated the casual 2nd bar area, which was perfect for meeting with family and playing cards. the double, glazed windows minimized the external traffic noise, allowing us to have a restful sleep. the staff were friendly and welcoming, and we were pleased to have tea and coffee making facilities, along with complimentary drink vouchers. it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Cons: Nothing to complain about at all. 😊.

Unfriendly and unprofessional behavior from the bar staff, making guests feel unwelcome and embarrassed. Confusing and vague directions given by staff, leading to difficulty in finding the entry and parking.
